Výběr dluhopisového podílového fondu pomocí metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat podílové fondy a metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování a pomocí těchto metod zvolit dluhopisový podílový fond, do kterého je nejvhodnější investovat. Kromě úvodu a závěru obsahuje práce 3 části. Část první je zaměřena na charakteristiku podílových fondů. Jsou uvedeny základní informace o kolektivním investování, dále je pozornost věnována definici podílového fondu, jeho statutu a zdanění. Rovněž jsou vysvětleny pojmy z oblasti výkonnosti investicí a uvedeny jsou vybraná fakta o dluhopisech a dluhopisových fondech. V druhé části jsou popsány metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Třetí část je částí aplikační, je zde definován investor, stanovena kritéria, popsány vybrané dluhopisové fondy. Pomocí tří metod jsou určeny váhy kritérií a dle metod AHP a TOPSIS je stanoveno pořadí variant a zvolen nejlepší fond. Výsledky těchto dvou metod jsou odlišné, zvolen je fond 4, který je jako nejlepší určen metodou TOPSIS, a to z těch důvodů, že i dle metody AHP tento fond dosahuje vysokého umístění (2. pozice) a metodu TOPSIS je možné považovat za více objektivní.

The aim of this thesis is to describe mutual funds and methods of multi-criteria decision-making and to use these methods to choose the mutual bond fund in which it is most suitable to invest. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the thesis contains 3 parts. The first part is focused on the characteristics of mutual funds. Basic information on collective investing is presented, attention is also paid to the definition of a mutual fund, its status and taxation. Investment performance terms are also explained and selected facts about bonds and bond funds are presented. In the second part, the methods of multi-criteria decision-making are described. The third part is the application part, where the investor is defined, the criteria are set, and the selected bond funds are described. Using three methods, the weights of the criteria are determined, and according to the AHP and TOPSIS methods, the order of variants is determined and the best fund is selected. The results of these two methods are different, fund 4 is chosen, which is determined as the best by the TOPSIS method, for the reasons that even according to the AHP method this fund achieves a high position (2nd position) and the TOPSIS method can be considered more objective.
