Vyhodnocení transfúzí u ortopedických operací

Abstract

Teoretická část této diplomové práce obsahuje poznatky o moderních technologiích, které umožňují hrazení krevních ztrát po operacích TEP kyčle a kolene při plánovaných ortopedických výkonech formou post-operační autologní krevní transfuze. V praktické části jsou popsány postupy pro zavedení rekuperačních setů CellTrans na operačním sále a re-infuze autologní krve na odděleních JIP. Dále jsou formou statistického zpracování hodnocená data získána v post-operačním období, která hodnotí zejména kvalitu podané transfuze. Zde je hlavním hodnotícím parametrem hemoglobin. Hodnoceno je také množství krevních ztrát, kde hlavním hodnotícím parametrem je množství drénované krve a nutnost podání alogenní transfuze.

The theoretical part of this thesis contains knowledge about modern technologies that allow managing of blood loss after TKR or THR in planned orthopedic surgery by post-operative autologous blood transfusion. In the practical part of thesis, there is the description how to use CellTrans autologous blood system in the theater room and how to do blood reinfusin on ICU ward. There are also statistical analysis of data obtained in the post-operative period, which evaluate the quality of transfusion. Here the hemoglobin is the main evaluation parameter. Also the blood loss is evaluated, here the amount of drained blood and amount of allogeneic transfusion is the main evaluation parameter.
