The content of my thesis is to devise structural and technological part for of apartment building. It’s a three-storey building of apartments with a basement and gabled roof. The building is designed as a combined structural system. Within the building part, the project documentation was processed within the scope of building permit. For a roof construction includes a roof deck, the project documentation for the execution stage was processed. It also includes a data accompanying report and summary technical report in accordance with decree no. 499/2006 Sb. about building documentation as amended, heat technical assessment of the exterior walls, roof deck and flooring on the ground. In relation to the technology part, the technological procedure of a montage supporting part of the roof and roof deck was developed, design of safety measures for the installation and maintenance of roof deck, an itemized budget and a time schedule for realization of roof construction and the drawing of site facilities. The goal of my thesis is to design a feasible solution of technological process for montage a roof truss and for the execution of each layer of the roof deck, a feasible design of circuit structure in terms of heat-technical assessment and the design of appropriate safety features.
