Měření spokojenosti zahraničních studentů se studiem na fakultě

Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to analyze an exchange student satisfaction regarding studying at the Faculty of Economics at VSB – Technical University Ostrava and to suggest the ways how to increase the exchange student satisfaction. The work is divided into several chapters. The reader is gradually introduced to the characteristics of the Faculty of Economics (basic information about the faculty, services for students, International Office, international mobility of the faculty), theoretical basis for measuring satisfaction (the basics from professional publications) and data collection methodology (chronological process of carrying out research). Then follow the marketing research and evaluation and comparison of the resulting data. At the end of the work there are introduced final recommendations and proposals to increase the satisfaction of international students. The results of this work could serve as a feedback for the International Office and as a management tool for the offer of the Faculty of Economics, so an increase in the number of foreign students studying at the faculty could be achieved.
