Kontraktace dle nového občanského zákoníku

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the contracting process according to the New Civil Code. The first part of the thesis explains the term of contracting and briefly describes the history of the contracting legislation and current contracting legislation. The following part of the study is devoted to particular phases of the contracting process and some related topics, such as the Letter of Intent. Special attention is paid to the pre-contractual liability. In the last part of the thesis the changes that occurred in the area of contracting under the New Civil Code are summarized and assessed. There are also some recommendations for contracting practice.
