Hodnocení finančního plánu společnosti v oboru škrobárenství

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována hodnocení finančního plánu společnosti Krnovská škrobárna, s.r.o. Cílem práce je sestavit finanční plán společnosti na pět let dopředu, provést hodnocení zpracovaného finančního plánu a pomocí funkcionální metody analýzy odchylek vyjádřit, který z ukazatelů má největší vliv na plnění plánu. Práce je členěna na pět kapitol, přičemž první kapitola je úvodní. Druhá kapitola se zabývá popisem finančního plánování, včetně popisu finanční analýzy a analýzy odchylek. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je představení společnosti a sestavení finančního plánu. V závěru kapitoly je provedeno hodnocení finančního plánu pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá hodnocením plnění finančního plánu a to na základě funkcionální metody analýzy odchylek. Závěr práce se zabývá zhodnocením dosažených výsledků a zpracováním návrhů opatření pro danou společnost.

This thesis is dedicated to the financial plan evaluation of the company Krnovská škrobárna, s.r.o. The objective of this work is to create the five-year financial plan and to assess the already prepared plan. The method of the functional analysis of deviation was used to express the impact of indicators in relation to the plan fulfillment. The thesis is dividend into five chapters starting introduction as the first chapter. The second part deals with the description of the financial planning, financial and deviation analysis. The third chapter refers about the introduction of the company and the creation of the financial plan. The financial plan evaluation using the selected financial analysis indicators is performed at the end of this chapter. The fourth part provides the assessment of the financial plan fulfillment based on the functional deviation analysis. The final part handles with the result evaluation and the action proposals for the company.
