Abstract

The topic of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction part project documentation for apartment building in the stage for the construction realization. The content of project documentation is a drawing part according to the scope of the assignment and a technical report according to announcement No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended from 2018. The diploma thesis also includes the thermal technical assessment of the peripheral structures and the energy label of the building peripheral housing according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011),the static design andassessment. The work follows the project of a panel house, which was developed in the subject Project I and Project II. The object is situated in Prague. This is a modification of a panel house. The apartment building is designed as a four-storey building with an underground floor in a wall construction system. It is based on foundation strips and is covered by a green roof.
