Analýza logistických procesů

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis „Analysis of the Logistics Processes“ is to analyze the actual situation of main logistics processes in the company and to suggest a solution for keeping the level of stock, which bring an optimal costs and disponibility on the other hand. In the theoretical part there will be an explanation of stock meaning in the company and some modern methods of stock management are described. The second part includes a company introduction and its business focus followed by a detailed analysis of chosen processes with the focus on inventory control field. The practical part is finished with an optimal safety stock suggest for one of the most important stock items and there is the method of bootstrapping recommended for stocks with an intermittent demand. The whole output of the thesis is to find out an optimal stock allowance for each group of items so that the service level increased and the cost on stocks were minimalized.
