Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the development of organizational human potential in Tesco Stores ČR a.s. company. The aim of the thesis is to find imperfections of the human potential development and suggest advanced changes for improvement. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical description of the human potential development. The other part brings basic information about the company, includes an analysis and results of an exploration in the fields of the human resources development. The final part contains proposals and recommendations for improvement human potential development, which were formulated on the basis of interviews, questionnaire research and analysis of internal documents.
