Abstract
The scope of work will be the design and assessment of the load-bearing elements of the
prefabricated sports hall structure. These designed and assessed elements include a footing
with a cup, a column in two variants, an edge purlin, a stiffening beam, a truss and a truss
variant with a small opening built in. SCIA Engineer software will be used to model the
skeleton of the hall, the model will be loaded with appropriate loads and then the design
internal forces will be obtained. The elements will be assessed for ultimate limit state
according to the applicable standards, the work will include calculation of the loads acting
on the structure and drawings of the designed and assessed reinforcement of the elements.
