Návrh fuzzy systému pro programovatelný automat S7-1500

Abstract

This thesis examines the role design fuzzy system for the PLC S7-1500, which is used for process control. Work includes description and analysis of fuzzy systems. These include compilation fuzzy systems with three inputs and one output type Takagi-Sugeno and Mamdani, which are designed in Matlab/Simulink using Embedded Matlab function. Designed function block is further expanded through subsystem to twelve inputs and four outputs for control four control loops. Fuzzy systems are then using Simulink PLC Coder transferred to SCL programming language that is designed for PLC programming. Subsequently, the fuzzy type system Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy set as a PSD controller for controlling temperature heating systems with and without cooling. Finally, fuzzy system Takagi-Sugeno type is set as an expert system for controlling the inverted pendulum. The main objective of this work is to design fuzzy system for the purpose of fuzzy control, as well as for expert control.
