Hotel Louis v areálu Jeremenko

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the building process for the Hotel Louis in the Jeremenko area, Ostrava- Vitkovice. The building is situated on the east side from the administrative building of the Jeremenko mine. The base for processing the documentation was the urban study in the subject called Studio work III. , architectural study was processed in the Studio work IV. and the documentation for the building permits in the Studio work V. The goal of my thesis was to solve both- the functional and the operational use and also to solve feasibility from the construction aspect. The result of this bachelor thesis is processing of the documentation for the execution of the project.
