Srovnání forem zaměstnávání z pohledu výrobního podniku

Abstract

The thesis is focused on a production company point of view on specific forms of employment. The first part concentrates on a comparison of a sphere of authority of the laws in the Czech Republic and comparison of the different ways of labour-law relations among the counterparties. The second part describes the counterparties involved in the process of employment and their relationship. In the third part are analyzed the specific forms of employment by interviewing the employees of different production companies. The fourth part investigates the reasons of salaries divergences linked to the employment forms. And finally, in the fifth part are compared the advantages of the specific forms of employment from the production company point of view.
