Abstract

Thesis „Controlling in selected company“ deals with issues of controlling and its use in the STEELTEC CZ, S.R.O company. In the theoretical part basic concepts from controlling are define, there are also describe its goals, principles, tasks, functions and instruments. The practical part is focus on the analysis of controlling in selected company and suggestion of appropriate methods and processes for more effective production.
