Abstract
In this bachelor thesis I deal with the comparison of marketing of the chosen tennis clubs.
The goal of this thesis is to compare the clubs from the point of view of the respondents´ satisfaction with the service, and their prices, the material and technical facilities of the clubs, the clients´ satisfaction with the setting, accessibility, background, advertising and research among the managers of the clubs.
In the theoretical part of the thesis I specify the basic theoretical notions in the sphere of marketing, sporting management and service. I briefly characterize tennis, its history and current position.
In the practical part I concentrate on selected tennis clubs, their history, current situation, and plans for the future, focusing also on strong and weak points in the sphere of marketing.
Furthermore, the practical part is orientated to the research in the area of marketing by clients and managers, where the prices, service quality, facilities and the setting of the clubs are compared.
In the conclusion of the thesis I present the findings and their comparison with recommendation proposal for the individual clubs.
