Abstract

Abstract The thesis is "a strategic analysis firm focusing on firm Pavel Bundil The aim of my thesis is on the basis of some analysis to make strategic analysis includes a financial analysis. In the theoretical part, I described the different analysis that I used in the literature. In the practical part, I then used the PEST analysis, through which I analyzed the political, economic, technological and socio-cultural factors. I have also eaten | Porter analysis of five competitive forces and, ultimately, Pareto analysis. In financial analysis, I used indicators for profitability, liquidity and the indicators of activity. All results from each analysis, I then included in the SWOT analysis. In conclusion, I summarize all the achievements výsledkyposkytl business recommendations based on the results of my work.
