Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis „Assessment of Employee Education and Development System in the Šroubárna Kyjov, spol. s r. o. Company“ is to analyze the current system of the human resources development and in case of any imperfection found out to suggest recommendation to improve the situation in this area. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will be devoted to education and its forms and methods. The practical part will introduce Šroubárna Kyjov Company and their current system of the human resources development. Than will be evaluate the attitude of employees towards education using the questionnaire method. After its evaluation will be suggest recommendations for improvement.
