Revitalizace sídliště v Chocni - Podhomolí

Abstract

The subject of the thesis is to design changes in the concept of green areas and communication sites Podhomolí in Choceň, with the proposal of new forms of leisure of youth with an emphasis on improving the static and dynamic traffic. Assess the performance of remediation and insulation shells residential buildings to the processing of several details concerning the revitalization of residential building envelope. Part of this work is the economic evaluation of proposed modifications. For this purpose, the problem was analyzed the current state of the site based on accumulated knowledge and needs of the area. The entire proposal was created with regard to the current state and current local plan. With the proposed modifications should result in improved housing and attractive locations.
