Verifikace metody stanovení polychlorovaných bifenylů metodou plynové chromatografie

Abstract

Main task of thesis is to perform verification of method determination of polychlorinated biphenyls. To determination PCBs is used gas chromatography with electron capture detector. Theoretical part briefly describes structure and properties of polychlorinated biphenyls, actual legislation for this question, principle of used method gas chromatography and general characteristics verification. Practical part aims at verification of method determination of PCBs in soil samples – legalization parameter of accuracy, precision, recovery. Then the process analysis of PCBs from sampling to determination is there introduced.
