Studium precipitace v transformátorových ocelích

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává o transformátorových ocelích a jejich mikrostuktuře. Teoretická část je rozdělena na úvod, popis technologie výroby orientovaného pásu a krátké pojednání o vývoji transformátorových ocelí. Hlavním tématem teoretické části je však evoluce mikrostruktury v průběhu výroby transformátorové oceli a vliv precipitátů na vývoj mikrostruktury během vysokoteplotního žíhání. Experimentální část má za cíl vyhodnotit průběh precipitace po základních etapách výroby transformátorové oceli.

This thesis deals with grain oriented electrical steels and microstructural evolution in these steels.. Theoretical part of this thesis divides to introduction and description of manufacturing process of grain oriented electrical sheets. However, main topic of theoretical part is evolution of microstructure during the manufacturing process of grain oriented electrical steel and the effect of precipitation onto this evolution during the high-temperature annealing. Experimental part of this thesis targets to evaluate the role of precipitation during basic steps of grain oriented electrical steel manufacturing process.
