Abstract
Bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the marketing communication of Hotel Zámeček and proposes specific recommendations for its improvement. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the current marketing communication of the hotel and suggest more effective promotional strategies to increase awareness of the hotel and boost its visitor numbers.
The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of accommodation services, marketing, and marketing communication, including the communication mix. The practical part presents the characteristics of the selected hotel, Zámeček in Čeladná. It also addresses the methodology of data collection and the analysis of the hotel's marketing communication. Finally, concrete recommendations are provided that could help improve the hotel's visibility, enhance its competitiveness, and increase its visitor numbers.
