Abstract

The bachelor's thesis is focused on a comprehensive analysis of the process of establishing a limited liability company within the current legislative framework of the Czech Republic and on the development of a realistic business plan for a newly founded entity. The theoretical part defines small and medium-sized enterprises within the context of European and national legislation, evaluates the current business environment in the Czech Republic and the European Union, and describes the basic forms of doing business with an emphasis on the limited liability company and on business planning tools. The practical part documents a model example of the accelerated establishment of FajněUklizeno, s.r.o. completed within a single day, with total formation costs amounting to CZK 5,531 including VAT. A comprehensive business plan is subsequently developed for the entity, comprising a PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, an extended 7P marketing mix, a multi-scenario financial plan for the 2026–2028 period, and a risk assessment by means of a risk matrix. The analyses confirmed the economic viability of the project, which is feasible with initial capital of CZK 200,000 and without the need for external financing.
