Zhodnocení manažerských stylů a jejich vliv na výkonnost zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes managerial styles and their influence on employee performance and motivation within a specific company operating in the electrical power engineering sector. The theoretical part summarizes key management concepts and introduces various approaches to leading people. The practical part is based on the author's own empirical research, which included a questionnaire survey among subordinates, a diagnostic test, and a structured interview with the direct supervisor. The objective of the thesis was to identify the dominant leadership style and compare its perception by the manager and his team members. Finally, recommendations are formulated to streamline the managerial style, strengthen employee motivation, and improve the overall performance of the team.
