Abstract

The object of the graduation theses is the evaluation of investment efficiency. The theoretical part deals with key-stones and procedures of investment decision-making. Attention is paid especially to an analysis of the most widely used investment efficiency evaluation methods. The practical part uses proven facts for evaluation of a particular investment project of a company which carries energy economy. Methods of net present value, internal rate of return and discounted payback period are used for evaluation of the investment project. Risk analysis is a part of investment project efficiency evaluation as well.
