Příprava zaměstnanců organizace na řešení mimořádných událostí

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the preparation of employees of organization X to deal with extraordinary events. In the first part, the work deals with the theory related to the given topic. The theory mainly describes the organization's crisis preparedness, which is divided into the human and material dimensions of crisis preparedness, both divisions of the organization's crisis preparedness are subsequently described in detail. In the practical part of this bachelor's thesis, the selected organization and its methods of employee education are characterized. Then the main objectives of the bachelor's thesis and the questionnaire survey, which was carried out in order to determine the level of readiness of the employees of organization X to deal with extraordinary events, are described here. At the end of this work, a unified procedure contributing to the improvement of the current form of employee education in dealing with extraordinary events is proposed.
