Zhodnocení spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evalution of emplyee satisfaction and motivation in selectes company via questionnaire. Research results will be suggestions for improving employee satisfaction. The work is divied into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concept of employee satisfaction and motivation. The practical part contains an assessment of motivation and satisfaction in selected company. At the foundation of analysis I will try to propose measure to improve the present situation in society.
