Abstract

This baccalaureate work concern meltage dilemma and running optimalization of electric arc furnace in company Vitkovice. At the start of this work is described basic theory about the arc furnace. Consequently this work concern optimalization of production and three practical tasks, which are part of optimalization dilemma. Main task is evaluation of power consumption, depending on weight of meltage, whereas are disassembly all meltages produced in certain period time. Next task was evaluation of oven parameters after modification of technology. The work further describe energy demand at melting without one RCB burner
