Charakteristika specifik řízení japonského podniku v podmínkách České republiky

Abstract

This Diploma work is focused on the analysis of the Japanese company and one of its specific parts. The aim is to draw up suggestions for management how to increase efficiency of the processes within the specific part of the company. This work is, for transparency, divided into the introduction, the theoretical and analytical part, the proposal part and the conclusion.

The theoretical part comprises besides the brief depiction of development of the Japanese economy, the characteristics of Japanese management and also the delineation of principles of the success of the Japanese producer. There are 14 principles of the car company Toyota that are also analysed in this part.

Within the analytical part there is introduced the observed company and there are also briefly described its processes and parts. The part of this work is the realisation of the detailed analysis within the observed company. For the purposes of this analysis, there are used mentioned principles. Each of them is applied for given workplace trying to evaluate it critically.

In this part that together with the conclusion this Diploma work closes, there are mentioned suggestions for management that should better activities and processes at workplace. The suggestions are structured into 14 parts according to the analysed and described principles to make it transparent and ordered.
