Studentské bydlení Alexander

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování architektonické studie a následně stavebně - technické části dokumentace pro provádění stavby studentského bydlení Alexander v Ostravě - Kunčičkách na parcelách č. 708, 709 a 1795. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí: první se zabývá studií stavby, která obsahuje rozbor řešeného území a okolí, charakteristiku městské části Ostrava - Kunčičky s historií a vlastní studií stavby. Druhá část obsahuje dokumentaci pro provádění stavby, která je zaměřena na architektoniko - stavební část objektu a specializací z oboru architektura.

Návrh stavby vychází z předpokladu vhodného umístění objektu do terénu, respektování okolní zástavby, jeho orientací na světové strany a správné dispoziční a provozní řešení. Při návrhu bylo použito především jednoduchých tvarů, hmot a ploch ve snaze o co nejjasnější řešení. Tvar stavby a dispoziční uspořádání vychází z logiky funkce.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of the architectural studies and the construction - technical documentation for later implementation of a Student housing Alexander in Ostrava - Kunčičky on plot number 708, 709 and 1795. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts: the first one deals with the architectural plan, which contains analysis of the area plan and surrounding areas, the characteristics of the cities part Ostrava - Kunčičky with own history and internal structure of building. The second part includes documentation for the project execution, which focuses on of architecture - construction of building and specialize in the field of architecture.

The concept of the building is based on the assumption a suitable location of an object into the terrain, respect the surrounding buildings, its orientation to the cardinal direction and proper disposition and operational solutions. The design has been used primarily simple shapes, material and space in an effort to solution as clear as possible. The shape of the structure and disposition structure based on the logic function.
