Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to plan building documentation for the parking garage in the area of the former coal mine of Peter Bezruč that situated in Silesian Ostrava. The housing development in this location is characterized by lower buildings standing separately which I tried to keep.
Due to the fact that this site does not supply adequate room the best possible solution was to project the building with elevators for vehicles. The parking garage is devised as a column structural system.
A car showroom and a garage are planned in the ground floor. Two underground floors and three floors above ground are designed for parking.
