Abstract
The aim of this thesis „Evaluation of Employee Learning and Development System in a selected company“, is assessment and evaluation of the current employee learning and development system in a selected company. Based on the secondary data provided by the company and the analysis of the questionnaire survey, possible recommendations to improve the current situation are suggested. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the explanation of basic concepts connected with employee learning and development. This part contains basic concepts connected with management of human resources and employee learning and development. The second part is practical and focuses on analysis of the current employee learning and education system in a selected company. Suggestions and recommendations to improve the current employee learning and development system in a selected company are presented at the end of the practical part.
