Zařízení pro simulaci jízdních profilů automobilů za účelem testování hladinových senzorů

Abstract

This thesis describes the developing process of the test device for a simulation driving condition of an ultrasonic sensor. The sensor is located in a AdBlue stack in the personal or a commercial vehicle equipped the technology for reduce the emission of NOx using the principles of Selective Catalytic Reduction. The main purpose of this thesis is described and recognize problems emerged with using the ultrasonic measuring of a liquid density and level. From the investigation result and specified requirements is suggested a possible solution for a mechanical simulation tilt of the liquid. In the next part is described the mechanical solution self with the necessary calculation for required output power of actuators. The last part is dealing with the electrotechnical part including the power supply and controlling the actuator. The main graphical interface and partial controlling function are develop in the graphical programing language using the LabVIEW software.
