Vývoj moderního systému úložiště družicových dat na příkladu Sentinel-1

Abstract

The thesis deals with the storage of specifically pre-processed satellite images from the Sentinel-1 radar satellite covering the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused on data storage in a raster data manager (Rasdaman), which allows access and processing of raster data using OGC standards such as WCS and WCPS. The Copernicus program, Sentinel satellites and radar interferometry (InSAR) are introduced in the theoretical part. Furthermore, the possibilities of raster data storage are presented. In the practical part, the installation of the satellite data storage (Rasdaman) on a cloud server, data import and image processing using WCPS are performed. The result of this work is a database repository of specifically preprocessed satellite data from which individual images can be analyzed. The images can be accessed using WCS or queried using WCPS to create outputs such as interferograms or average amplitudes for individual years.
