Abstract
Bachelor's dissertation deals with methods for evaluation of investment projects and their applications. The first and second part deals with general definition of concepts and description of individual investment methods. It deals with issue of individual investment methods and deduces consequences of the application of the method. The third part focuses on the comparison of different methods and to draw the best methods for determine the optimal investment project.
