Humanitární pomoc na národní a mezinárodní úrovni

Abstract

This thesis deals with the mapping of humanitarian aid in the Czech Republic with regard to its funding. The first chapter of thesis devotes to funding humanitarian aid to abroad CR on state level; the legal framework and ways of providing humanitarian aid. There is described the financing of humanitarian aid non-governmental organizations and the operation of international humanitarian organizations in the CR. The second chapter describes the coordination of humanitarian aid on international level and analyzes the money flow in the involvement of CR to international humanitarian aid in the years 2002-2010. In the final chapter of the thesis are evaluated the lessons learned and any suggestions to improve the functioning of the system of financing of humanitarian aid.
