Finanční analýza společnosti CEMEX Sand, k.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti CEMEX Sand, k.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů, které jsou naprosto nezbytné pro provedení finanční analýzy, a samotných metod analýzy. Zde patří například horizontální a vertikální analýza, analýza poměrovými ukazateli, Du Pontův pyramidální rozklad a analýza pomocí bonitních a bankrotních modelů. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní informace o zkoumané společnosti. V praktické části se nachází samostatná finanční analýza společnosti CEMEX Sand, k.s. včetně návrhů a doporučení.

This thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company CEMEX Sand, k.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, which are the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis consists of an explanation of basics concepts, which are needed to assemble the financial analysis, and methods of the analysis. Here includes, for example horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, Du Pont pyramidal decomposition and analysis by bonit and bankruptcy models. At the end of the theoretical part is introduced basic information about the investigated company. The practical part contains the financial analysis of the company CEMEX Sand, k.s., that includes sugestions and recommendations.
