The aim of the present diploma thesis is to develop design documentation for the construction. The aforementioned documentation has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Decree No. 405/2017 Coll., Annex No. 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [1] The diploma thesis has especially design documentation. Thesis also includes: thermal technical assessment of constructions, building envelope energy label, static calculation of the one strucutural element of the construction and also technical report.
The building this thesis deals with is a culture house in Vendryně. The culture house has two above ground floors and one underground floor. The building has been designed to be made of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton. The building is covered by vegetation flat roof with extensive greenery.
