Státní sociální podpora se zaměřením na pomoc rodinám s dětmi v Ostravě

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to sound out the satisfaction with the system of state social support, to find reactions on changes in SSS and potential recommendations addicted to this changes, which are possible to realize. Methods used in this diploma thesis are primary an also secondarily. In the theoretic part are especially used primary methods, or specialized literature, legal directives and other. In the practical part I came out especially from dates from the Labor office in Ostrava, from dates of Czech statistic bureau and I chose the technic of electronic polling by using questionnaire. Thesis consists from 4 chapters. In first chapter there is definition of legal form of state social support, basic terms for better understanding of the problem and also allowances. The next chapter is focused on city Ostrava. It includes important dates for this problem, as for example total allowance for years 2008 – 2010 and number of allowance in those two years. At least is here the method of research, even the questionnaire to find out the satisfaction and reactions from the city citizens on changes of state social support. The last chapter brings the results of questionnaire, it brings the respondent`s point of view and reactions. The result is that the people are not satisfied with changes and they think that the state has to decrease the deficit of state budget otherwise than on families with children.
