Abstract

The theme of my bachelors thesis is – Small and Medius – size Enterprise. I try to create the manual for the flotation of Ltd. in my bachelors thesis. My bachelors thesis contains four parts: theoretic part, flotation of the Ltd., prospectus and representation. I describe Small and Medius – size Enterprise in the Czech Republic in the first part of my bachelors thesis. All of acts that are necessarily for Ltd. to start up I describe in teh second part of my bachelors thesis. The third part includes especially establishment plan, the analysis of surroundings, profit and loss statement etc. This part contains well-arranaget graphs, figures and pictures. I tray to describe the first free parts in the fourth part including medium-term-plan and long-term-plan. Appendices include all of documents that are necessary to firm by able to start up.
