Abstract

This bachelor thesis first defines the basic concepts and describes the issues of SME and legal forms of business. Furthermore, the steps that lead to the establishment of a limited liability company and following obligations, including the obligations of the employer, are theoretically described. The theoretical part also describes the essentials of the business plan. In the practical part, the knowledge from the previous part is used to establish a fictitious company and the obligations of hiring an employee. Last but not least, Lean Canvas and the business plan of the established fictitious company are written. The practical part is accompanied by contracts and forms, which are necessary for the establishment of the company and its other obligations. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to establish a fictitious limited liability company and create its business plan and thus create supporting material for those who want to start a business.
