Reklamace faktických vad zboží v rámci mezinárodní obchodní transakce

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika reklamací faktických vad v rámci mezinárodních obchodních transakcí. Významným milníkem v unifikaci práva mezinárodního obchodního styku se stala Vídeňská úmluva OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Teoretická část je věnována stručnému vymezení pojmů vad a jejich vytýkání, dále vadám zboží a jejich rozdělení a vadám zboží z pohledu Vídeňské úmluvy. Cílem této práce je analyzovat reklamační politiku společnosti IKTUS s.r.o. a na základě provedené analýzy vyhodnotit efektivnost řešení reklamací.

The subject of this thesis is the issue of complaints of factual defects in international business transactions. An important milestone in the unification of the law of international trade has been United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention). The theoretical part consists of a brief definitions of defects, defects of the goods and their partition and defects of the goods goods in terms of the Vienna Convention. The aim of this work is to analyze the return policies of company IKTUS Ltd., and on the basis of this analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of any complaints.
