Zhodnocení systému odměňování v IT sektoru

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on remuneration system in IT company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify and evaluate the current remuneration system in a specific IT company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the remuneration system, the payroll system and employee benefits. The practical part introduces the company OSIsoft Czech Republic, s.r.o. and analyzes its remuneration system according to the concept of total reward. The practical part also interprets results of the survey focusing on employee satisfaction with the remuneration system.
