Počet obyvatel jako faktor hospodaření obcí s majetkem v Moravskoslezském kraji v letech 2015-2024

Abstract

Cílem práce je zjistit, zda nebo jakým způsobem ovlivňuje počet obyvatel hospodaření obcí s majetkem. Analyzovány jsou vybrané malé a středně velké obce podle počtu obyvatel ze všech regionů v Moravskoslezském kraji. Uplatněna je kvantitativní forma výzkumu. S pomocí tří výzkumných metod v podobě analýzy ukazatelů metody FAMA, deskriptivní statistiky a regresní analýzy je zkoumán vliv počtu obyvatel na hospodaření obcí s majetkem. Výsledky všech tří výzkumů shodně informují o nízké míře vlivu počtu obyvatel na hospodaření obcí s majetkem. Počet obyvatel je jedním z provázaných faktorů ovlivňujících hospodaření obcí s majetkem ve spojitosti s velikostí katastrálního území obce, dlouhodobou hospodářskou strategií obce aj. V návaznosti na výsledky výzkumu je doporučeno pravidelně investovat finanční prostředky do oblasti správy a údržby majetku, infrastruktury i navazování spolupráce s jinými obcemi.

The aim of the thesis is to determine whether and how population size influences municipal property management. Selected small and medium-sized municipalities from all regions of the Moravian-Silesian Region are analyzed based on their population size. A quantitative research approach is applied. Using three research methods—indicator analysis based on the FAMA method, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis—the impact of population size on municipal property management is examined. The results of all three methods consistently indicate a low level of influence of population size on municipal property management. Population size represents one of several interrelated factors affecting municipal property management, in connection with the size of the cadastral area, the long-term economic strategy of the municipality, and other determinants. Based on the research findings, it is recommended to regularly invest financial resources in property management and maintenance, infrastructure, and in developing cooperation with other municipalities.
