Abstract

The bachelor thesis aims to streamline the process of managing and evaluating suppliers in SUBSTAV Invest Ltd. It is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the company is introduced and research is carried out, which deals with purchasing in the process of choosing a supplier and at the same time selecting and evaluating suppliers in terms of criteria and methods of multicriteria decision making. The practical part is first described the current state of evaluating and selecting of existing suppliers and then is provided a summary of current issues in the field of building materials. Based on the obtained data, is performed an analysis of existing suppliers using the methods from the theoretical part. In conclusion, the using methods are evaluated and formulated recommendations for improving the system of evaluating of existing suppliers.
