Zpracování vybraných odpadů v KOITO CZECH s.r.o. Žatec

Abstract

The thesis maps the origin and treatment of selected waste generated in the production plant KOITO CZECH s. r. o., which produces car headlights. The first part of the thesis describes production processes and technology of headlights´ production and describes the places of waste generation in individual zones of the company. It defines the most problematic waste in terms of compliance with emission limits. In the second part, there are described possibilities as for reduction of waste water volume through demulsification and neutralization. The experimental part focuses on collection and processing of samples taken from several wastewater circuits and their subsequent evaluation. At the end of the thesis there is proposed a technological adjustment for the company KOITO CZECH s. r. o.
