Financování investiční akce obce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je teoretická, charakterizuje územní samosprávní celky, jejich působnost, orgány a rozpočtové hospodaření obce. Druhá, praktická část, charakterizuje obec Horní Bludovice, její historii i současnost. Součástí druhé kapitoly je také analýza hospodaření v letech 2005 až 2009. Třetí, závěrečná část práce, popisuje oblasti rozvoje obce na léta 2009 až 2013. Z tohoto programu byla vybrána akce rekonstrukce OÚ.

This presented work is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, characterized by local authorities, their powers, authorities and the financial management community. Second, the practical part, characterizes the community of Horni Bludovice, its past and present. Part of the second chapter is an analysis of management in the years 2005 to 2009. The third and final part, describes the development community for the years 2009 to 2013. Reconstruction of municipial office was selected in this programme.
