Návrh obnovy zemědělského brownfieldu

Abstract

This master thesis deals with creation of proposal for redevelopment of agricultural brownfield in village Dolní Životice. Proposal is conceived as document, in theoretical part is description of concept and problematics dealing with brownfield sites. In practical part is described location of interest, village and its extended area with relation to the location of interest. In the area of agricultural brownfield were chosen two target objects, which original purpose was granary and warehouse. Both objects are described in detail in my master thesis supplemented with photo documentation. Furthermore there is shown an example of successful realization and restoration of similar objects with designed new use. Construction budget of granary is drawn up within the pre-investment phase of the investment cycle. For the presentation of collected data was chosen a method for creation of interactive map in geographic information system.
