Význam a tvorba účetních směrnic ve společnosti BLANCO CS CZ, spol. s r.o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na význam a tvorbu účetních směrnic ve společnosti BLANCO CS CZ, spol. s r.o. V teoretické části je vymezen význam a účel účetních směrnic a nejdůležitější legislativa pro jejich tvorbu. Pak následuje rozdělení účetních směrnic a výčet náležitostí, které musí obsahovat. V následující kapitole je charakterizována společnost BLANCO CS CZ, spol. s r.o., její historie, současné cíle, výrobní a obchodní činnost. Jsou zde uvedeny také obecné údaje o firmě, představeny její výrobky a popsány základní ekonomické ukazatele firmy. Cílem v praktické části je analyzovat současné účetní směrnice ve společnosti BLANCO CS CZ, spol. s r.o. a uvést jejich nedostatky. Následně je pro společnost vytvořen návrh nových účetních směrnic.

The bachelor thesis is focused on importance and creating of accounting directives in the company BLANCO CS CZ, spol. s r.o. In the theoretical part is defined meaning and purpose of the accounting directives and legislation important to their work. Then follows the distribution of accounting directives and a list of elements that must be included. In the following chapter is characterized company BLANCO CS CZ, spol. s r.o., its history, current goals, production and business activities. There are also given general information about the company, introduced its products and describes the basic economic indicators. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the current accounting directives in the company BLANCO CS CZ, spol. s r.o. and indicate their gaps. Then is created design of new accounting directives for the company.
