Příspěvková organizace v konkurenčním prostředí

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is to evaluate the contributory organization in the competitive environment. The theoretical part explains the competitiveness itself and methods used in the analysis. The next chapter is dedicated to characteristics of the organization. In the analytical part the competitiveness of the organization is evaluated by using different methods for external and internal analysis as well as measurement satisfaction of current clients. The final part proposes the recommendations leading to improve the organization's competitiveness, which could be applied.
