Abstract
This thesis is about the assessment of the training and development system of employees in the selected organization. The main target is to analyze the current training and development system and as a secondary objective, to assess the impact of employees training on their job performance based on their subjective perception. Taking into account the objective of the thesis, 3 research questions were formulated and verified through research methods. The theoretical part defines the concepts related to the issue of employee training and development. The practical part includes the characteristics of the selected organization and then the analysis of the training and development system. Research methods in the form of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with employees of the selected organization were used for data collection. Based on the results, this study presents some suggestions and recommendations, that could contribute to the improvement of the training and development system in the organization.
